Really. DTF setup doesn't require screens like manual screen printing — so printing one piece for pre-production approval, or printing one shirt as a personal gift, both get done at a per-piece price that makes sense.

Almost everything. DTF adheres to combed cotton (30s/24s/20s), polyester, cotton-poly blends, lycra, nylon, and light canvas. The only tricky materials are slick-surface or PU-coated fabrics like waterproof outers — it's possible, but durability drops. For those, polyflex or manual screen printing is a better fit.

Wash durability for real?

Our internal tests show 50+ standard machine-wash cycles without cracking. Real-world results depend on wash temperature — avoid hot water and direct ironing on the print. Use a normal program and iron inside-out, and the print will hold up to daily wear for years.

Can you print variant names or numbers per piece?

Yes. Great for clubs, sports teams, or staff uniforms. There's a small extra charge per variant (per name or number) — turnaround stays the same.

T-shirts — combed cotton 24s, 30s, or 20s. Embroidery-level detail with full-color output, no limit on the number of colors in your design.
Hoodies & jackets — fleece, baby terry, or windbreaker fabric. DTF adheres to the outer surface with a soft finish (not stiff like thick polyflex).
Tote bags, polos, button-downs — any textile with a surface that accepts heat press. Great for event merchandise or office uniforms.
Variant names/numbers — clubs, sports teams, staff uniforms with per-piece personalization.
