Sablon DTF Bogor is a workshop that specializes in Direct-to-Film printing — a production line we set up inside Angga Print for one specific request we kept hearing: "I just need one T-shirt. Or five. Or twelve. Can you do it?" Yes. DTF setup doesn't require manual screens like conventional screen printing, so printing one piece is as efficient as printing a hundred — only the per-piece cost changes. Our workshop is in Cibinong, Bogor, and we've been producing screen printing and digital printing since 2003.

Workshop & DTF line

The Angga Print parent workshop has 10+ teams handling manual screen printing, digital printing, packaging, and specialist sub-brands. For DTF specifically, we run a film printer + powder + press machine setup on a workflow that's separate from the manual screen printing floor. That means when you send a DTF order, it won't get delayed because the workshop is mid-run on a large manual screen batch — the DTF slot is managed independently. Our DTF capacity is around 200–300 pieces per day for small and medium volumes.

How DTF differs from manual screen printing, polyflex, and DTG

Three popular techniques in Indonesia: manual screen printing (sablon manual), polyflex (cutting heat-transfer), and DTG (Direct to Garment). Each has its own strength zone. DTF is unique because: (1) it doesn't need screens like manual screen printing — single pieces work fine, (2) it delivers full-color photographic output like DTG, but with far better wash durability, and (3) it's compatible with almost any fabric, unlike polyflex which gets stiff over large areas. The trade-offs: per-piece DTF costs more than manual screen printing at volumes above 200 pieces, and polyflex gives a glossier surface for specific visual effects. We use DTF where DTF fits — not as a one-technique-does-all answer.

Our customers

Most DTF orders come from new UMKM clothing brands testing the market with 5–20 pieces per design, freelance designers with single-unit clients (gift shirts, pre-wedding shoots, birthday presents), hobby clubs (cycling, motorcycles, running) ordering limited custom uniforms, and event organizers needing small-to-medium merchandise runs (200–500 pieces). Our parent workshop also handles high volumes (1000+ pieces) — but for those quantities we often recommend a different technique that's more cost-efficient at scale.
