Your marketing team paid a premium for an activation slot at a mall or festival, but the booth tent shows only a small logo in one corner. Visitors walk past without registering whose booth it is. A brand promotion tent works the other way around: every side becomes a surface carrying the same campaign message, readable from whichever direction the visitor approaches. This page is about tents for activations and corporate branding. For an overview of other tent types, see custom tent printing.
Branding That Works on the Activation Floor
FMCG activations, telco SIM launches, product sampling, or sponsor booths at a festival share one trait: visitors move fast and the decision to step closer is made in seconds. The tent has to catch the eye from a distance, then deliver the message once someone is near. We build the layout in three layers. The roof carries a large logo visible from the end of an aisle or across a field. The sidewalls carry campaign key visuals, the tagline, and a call to action. The back wall becomes a photo backdrop, the spot visitors use for selfies that spread your brand on social media for free.
We have built tents for consumer-goods activations, telecom operators, and event organizers handling major sponsors. The needs rhyme: color has to match the brand guideline exactly, and the look has to stay uniform across a multi-city roadshow.
Brand Color That Does Not Drift
A corporate color is a closely guarded asset. One drink brand's red differs from another's, and your brand team will spot a miss immediately. We take the Pantone, CMYK, or RGB codes from the guideline, then calibrate the press before production. For a specific color, we make a print sample first so you can match it against the official standard before all units are made.
For full-color visuals with product photos, gradients, or detailed illustration, we use UV digital printing straight onto the oxford material. The result is sharp and the UV ink resists fading under the sun. For solid block logos in large volume, screen printing is cheaper and the color sits denser. On a single tent we often combine both techniques by which part needs detail and which is fine with a color block.
Consistency for a Multi-City Roadshow
Activations rarely stop at one city. A campaign usually runs from Jakarta to Surabaya, Bandung, Makassar, and other cities on a tight schedule. The problem when printing at a different vendor in each city: colors drift slightly and the brand team is left frustrated. We produce the whole batch at once with the same color control, so the tent in the first city matches the last exactly. Every unit is photographed and checked before it ships to its location.
The roof material is waterproof oxford 600D, with an aluminum frame for a tent broken down and rebuilt many times across the roadshow. Aluminum is lighter and rust-free, which matters for a tent loaded on and off a truck from one venue to the next.
Pricing and Schedule
Pricing depends on unit count, size, print area, and technique. For an activation batch, the per-unit price drops well below single units. A standard order takes 7-14 working days, and we offer rush production for a campaign with a locked launch date. Send the brief and brand guideline over WhatsApp or email and we reply with pricing and an estimate within a day.
